Angry With God

There are times we have disbelief
when our Lord God we cannot find.
Hearts filled with sorrow and grief
yet he's there for us all the time.

He's there trying to hold are hand
but our sorrow has made us blind.
Can't see what we don't understand
the Devil's working way over time.

God understands the pain we feel
went through this with his Son
watched his Son die on the cross
so we could all be together as one.

We should never give up on God
he will be there for you and I
Reach out your hand feel about
and open your heart and your eyes.

Sometimes it's a struggle to believe
when a loved one has died or very ill
That's when we need God by our side
and that's when his love will prevail.

Building For Heaven

Working hard now day's, doing it alone,
a mansion in heaven all brick and stone.
Building a beautiful home for all to see,
trying to get it finished for all my family.

Already have my lot, Christ gave to me,
When he died upon the cross at Calvary.
Jesus blood. was shed for us on that hill,
no money involved his blood paid the bill.

It's a very high price for a lot to build on,
will last till eternity, and always be home.
Lot comes with everything wait and see,
such green grass and many shade trees.

No cutting the grass any more in the Sun,
time with Jesus and family having some fun.
Flowers in the garden, with a wonderful scent,
hard to believe, only Christ blood was spent.

All we have to do, believe He died for our sin,
that he died on the Cross, so we'll live again.
no worries now when we go to are grave,
he paid with his blood for us to be saved

Being Thankful

We all think about Thanksgiving,
for the good things we can eat.
And wonder what could be missing.
that will make our meal complete.

Our first Deed is to talk to God,
thank him for the one's we love.
The food he has bestowed on us,
from the heavens up above.

To thank him for the job we have,
Country where we can all be free.
Good health he's given to many.
not like some other country's.

Maybe even ask the Lord to join us,
in this meal that he has blessed.
Would be such and honor for all,
having the Lord God for our guest.

So when we all sit down this year,
start to eat what he has given.
Remember his Son died for or sins.
And given us our place in heaven.

Visiting Your Angel

You have an Angel in Heaven
that you would like to talk to.
Isn't as hard as you might think
in fact its quite simple to do.

Just close your eyes and think
about the person that you love.
Soon you'll feel them close to you
your loved one from heaven above.

You can ask them all your questions
are you happy? your pains all gone for real?
Although you may not hear their voice
your heart will know just how they feel.

When time comes for them to leave again
Your heart will be full of Content.
You'll never feel sorrow for them again
Knowing that Heaven is where they went.

So please don't worry about your love one
Talk to them to see just how they are.
You might find they are very happy there
living on their bright and shining Star.

The Dollars Worth

Walking down the street the other day,
saw a dollar laying on the ground.
Dollar's not worth much these days.
and so was dreading to bend down.

I then heard a voice behind me say,
aren't you going to pick up the money.
I ask what goods a dollar these days,
voice said! why you can dial 10-10-220.

Now you can talk for twenty minutes,
to anyone, Mom, Dad or friend.
Your wife, children or just anyone,
you'll see there's just no end.

Pick up that dollar and make a call.
and you might make someone smile.
someone you hadn't seen in years,
or talked to in quite a while.

Happen to have God's number I ask,
haven't talked to him in a while.
Heard yes, I know that's why I'm here.
and I could almost hear God Smile.
