How many years since Jesus gave his life,
doesn't anyone on this world know.
And why would he go and do this thing,
been over two thousand years ago.
He Gave His Life
How many years since Jesus gave his life,
doesn't anyone on this world know.
And why would he go and do this thing,
been over two thousand years ago.
Back then his Father Gave up on them,
Because his world was full of sin.
Destroy the Earth send them to hell,
But that's when his Son stepped in.
Father I'd like to try saving them he said,
please: Father I ask just a chance to try.
There are so many on Earth that love you,
for them I would even be willing to die.
Starting a life as all men on Earth have done,
as a baby with a loving Mother and Dad.
Growing up knew what was in store for him,
and this made his heart, fill so very sad.
He went out and taught of his Fathers Love,
and so many souls would Jesus save.
The day had come along, for his reason here,
to spend three days for them in a grave.
Was crucified upon a cross and to die in pain,
what kind of man would die so we could live.
with him and his Father in their Heaven above,
such a beautiful sacrifice for him to give.
Forgive us For your pain Jesus
